Laureate head right, wearing aegis / DECVRSIO in exergue, Nero on horseback prancing right; to right, foot soldier advancing right, looking back, holding vexillum over shoulder; to left, helmeted foot soldier running right. RIC I 176 var. (obv. legend); BMCRE 154 var. (obv. legend); Cohen 94. Near VF, dark brown patina with areas of brick-red, some smoothing and surface corrosion. Rare. ($1000)
